Facilities & Equipment Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a hands-on Facilities & Equipment Maintenance Engineer responsible for keeping our production equipment and facility systems in excellent working condition. This role combines mechanical, electrical, and electronic troubleshooting with proactive maintenance planning and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist and perform all aspects of facilities and equipment management, including facility expansion and equipment installation.
· Coordinate/work with external contractors/vendors/suppliers in support of facilities upgrade and production operations.
· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility and production equipment (mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems).
· Develop, maintain, and execute preventive maintenance schedules and documentation.
· Troubleshoot and repair production tools, utilities, and support systems.
· Coordinate machine downtime, repairs, and maintenance windows with production teams.
· Work directly with equipment vendors, service providers, and repair shops to ensure timely support and parts availability.
· Support installation and setup of new tools and utilities, following technical manuals and engineering instructions.
· Maintain organized records of service activities, spare parts, and calibration logs.
· Promote a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment.
Qualifications
· BS Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or similar field.
· 3–7 years of experience in facilities management with hands on skills and experience in equipment maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
· Knowledge of HVAC/AHU systems, automation, and environmental controls.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications to create spreadsheets, Word documents, and presentations.
· Excellence in communications and project management skills.
· Ability to read technical manuals, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings.
· Proficiency with mechanical, electrical, and electronic troubleshooting tools and repairs.
- Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills.
Self-driven, and able to work collaboratively with other functional organizations/teams.
Work hours: Monday-Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

Compensation: $37.00 - $45.00 per hour
